Senior Project Manager: Missy Dilley
Missy is a Pacific Northwest resident who joined Scientific Teaching Services in the Spring of 2023. Missy brings a strong foundation in project coordination, resource management, and content creation to her role as Project Manager at Scientific Teaching Service. A graduate of Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Arts and Letters and a minor in Communications, Missy is passionate about aligning efficient systems with meaningful work that values ethics, integrity, and collaboration.

Missy expertly oversees cross-functional workflows, invoice management, and administrative operations across diverse teams. Her background also includes technical and grant writing, donor relations, and community outreach—making her an asset in both internal operations and external engagement. A champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, she actively promotes policies and practices that build stronger, more inclusive workplaces. Missy thrives on bringing clarity, coordination, and care to every project she leads.

Missy lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and their dog, Benjamin, where she enjoys balancing big-picture planning with the little moments that make work and life meaningful.
